Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any other proceeding under the Act against the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part II of this Settlement Agreement.

STAFF COMMITMENT. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any other proceeding under the Securities Act against the Respondents Respondent in relation to the facts set out in Part II of this Settlement Agreement.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 29. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any other proceeding under the Act against the Respondents in relation to Xxxxxxx respecting the facts set out in Part II III of this Settlement Agreement.

STAFF COMMITMENT. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any other proceeding under the Act against the Respondents BEI or any of its directors or officers in relation to the facts set out in Part II III of this Settlement Agreement.

STAFF COMMITMENT. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any other proceeding under the Act against the Respondents in relation to Xxxxxxxx respecting the facts set out in Part II III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provision of paragraphs 31 and 36.

STAFF COMMITMENT. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any other proceeding under the Act against the Respondents Xxxxxxxxx in relation to the facts set out in Part II III of this Settlement Agreement.
