Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. If the Commission approves this Settlement Agreement, Staff will not commence any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 44 below.

If the Commission approves this Settlement AgreementAgreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not commence initiate any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 44 21 below.

If this settlement is approved by the Commission approves this Settlement AgreementCommission, Staff will not commence initiate any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 44 143 below.

If the Commission approves this Settlement AgreementAgreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not commence any other proceeding under the Act against the Respondent Xxxxxx under Ontario securities law in relation to respecting the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 44 38 below.

If this settlement agreement is approved by the Commission approves this Settlement AgreementCommission, Staff will not commence initiate any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Affinity Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreementsettlement agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 44 38 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. If the Commission approves this Settlement Agreement, Staff will not commence any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 44 below.
