Common use of STAFF COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

STAFF COMMITMENT. 138. If this settlement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 13818. If this settlement Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 21 below.

If this settlement agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents XxXxxxxxxx in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreementsettlement agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 42 below.

If this settlement agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Affinity Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreementsettlement agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 38 below.

If the Commission approves this settlement is approved by the CommissionSettlement Agreement, Staff will not initiate commence any proceeding against the Respondent under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 44 below.

STAFF COMMITMENT. 13828. If the Commission approves this settlement is approved by the CommissionSettlement Agreement, Staff will not initiate commence any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 29 below.

If the Commission approves this settlement is approved by the CommissionSettlement Agreement, Staff will not initiate commence any proceeding under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to the facts set out in Part III of this Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 below.

If this settlement Settlement Agreement is approved by the Commission, Staff will not initiate commence any other proceeding under the Securities Act against the Respondents under Ontario securities law in respect of any conduct or alleged conduct of the Respondents in relation to respecting the facts set out in Part III of this the Settlement Agreement, subject to the provisions of paragraph 143 44 below.
