Staff Development and Training Funds. The funding for Staff Development and Training will be allocated on an annual basis as part of the University budgeting process. The minimum allocation will be $100,000 per year. The funds will be administered by the Staff Development and Training Committee. Funds will be made available to Bargaining Unit and confidential excluded personnel.
