Common use of Staff Fee Privileges Clause in Contracts

Staff Fee Privileges. If Portland State University Board of Trustees approves a staff fee privilege program during the term of the Agreement which prorates the benefit for less than half-time employees, PSU will open the Agreement and negotiate.
