Staff Leasing Fee. In addition to the direct cost reimbursement described in Section 2(a) above, the Company shall also pay to Lessor a leasing fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the salary, wages or other compensation (excluding benefits) paid to the Hospital Staff. Such leasing fee shall also be invoiced on a quarterly basis and shall be paid by the Company with the Hospital Staff Cost.
