STAFF REGULATIONS. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of employment of the members of the Staff and of the Locally Recruited staff of the Secretariat shall be set out in Staff Regulations.

STAFF REGULATIONS. The holder undertakes to ensure that the services are carried out in full respect of the employment legislation in force which is applicable to it.
STAFF REGULATIONS. Except as otherwise stated herein, the Staff Member will remain subject to the staff regulations, rules and instructions applicable to officials or employees of the Sending Organisation. He/she will carry out his/her daily tasks under the authority of the Receiving Organisation, while at the same time honouring his/her obligations as a staff member of the Sending Organisation. In the event of conflict, the Organisations will consult each other on possible solutions.
