Staffing Services. Posting - Adding an open position to the DCSD website with a referral to apply at the school. Also, other external websites can be provided for consideration. Basic posting, plus additional options will be presented at cost. The District has worked to pursue many external posting contracts to provide expanded sourcing options.
Staffing Services. Agency will refer to Client qualified and skilled personnel (“Personnel”) for positions described in Exhibit A meeting the requirements outlined by Client and set forth in Exhibit B for Client’s locations set forth in Exhibit C. Agency will supply Personnel. Agency will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Personnel when and as requested by Client. Agency will use commercially reasonable efforts to verify Personnel credentials; however, Agency makes no warranty or guaranty concerning Personnel abilities or performance and Client will exercise its independent judgment in accepting and retaining Personnel for assignment. All other testing and/or additional credentialing required by Client, including any changes to Exhibit B, shall be performed by Agency at Client’s sole cost and expense. Any such Client requirements shall be billed to Client.

Staffing Services. Commission Services will provide all administrative and supportive services for LACAHSA including, but not limited to, the following: (a) Prepare meeting agendas and schedule monthly meetings for every LACAHSA meeting; (b) Attend LACAHSA meetings and prepare minutes and serve parliamentarian role; (c) Upload any audio, agendas, minutes, and supporting documents on the LACAHSA’s website; (d) Maintain mailing list and rosters of the LACAHSA Board members; (e) Provide copies of meeting’s agendas, minutes, memos, press releases, announcements and supporting documents at LACAHSA meetings; (f) Send requested agendas, minutes, supporting documents, and other notifications to all interested persons including LACAHSA Board members, and stakeholders via electronic distribution or by mail; (g) Reserve meeting location for each LACAHSA meeting, including a room for closed sessions, if needed; (h) Request set-up for room, audio equipment, computer, and other devices for presentations and provide technical support; (i) Host hybrid meetings via Web-ex or other video conference platforms for public participation; (j) Reserve parking, if feasible, for LACAHSA Board members and presenters, if needed; (k) Create nameplates, public speaker cards, and sign-in sheets; (l) Monitor the xxxxxxxx@xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx and LACAHSA inbox for inquiries to LACAHSA Board members and general public inquiries; (m) Provide quorum calls for each Board meeting; (n) Schedule orientation/training sessions on the basics of holding open meetings pursuant to the Xxxxx X. Xxxxx Act, if needed; (o) Provide logistics for inviting presenters to Board meetings; (p) Process incoming mail and prepare responses; (q) Establish an annual Board meeting calendar on LACAHSA’s website; (r) Prepare a status report and hold a meeting on a quarterly basis with the United Way on Commission Services administrative staff support; and (s) Provide all other necessary administrative staff support to the LACAHSA Board, as needed.
Staffing Services. The Manager shall provide the Company with personnel in connection the Company’s personnel requirements, including the hiring, management, negotiation and payroll of staff for the benefit of the Company. The Manager shall be responsible for the salary and benefits of the staff working on Company matters.

Staffing Services. “Staffing Service” means the NTT service by which it will obtain and assign certain employees or contractors with the skills requested by Client to do work under Client's operational supervision ("Retained Personnel"). Staffing Services are distinct from Services under NTT’s operational control. Staffing Services include Time and Materials Services (“T&M Service”) which are Staffing Services assignments of a short term. Client is responsible for the direction of the NTT resource(s) assigned to perform Staffing Services, and Staffing Services are considered accepted at the time of delivery. Fees for Staffing Services, performed during normal business hours (Mon.–Fri., 8:00a.m.–5:00p.m. local time, excluding holidays) will be as set forth in the applicable Quote. Should Client utilize such resources outside of normal business hours, NTT shall invoice Client at adjusted overtime rates.
Staffing Services. Contractor will provide professional on-call temporary staffing and project personnel (“Project Personnel”) to support Facilities Department construction and renovation projects and related tasks in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement (collectively, the “Staffing Services”). Project Personnel are more particularly described in the attached and incorporated Exhibit A.
