Staff Requirements. Contractor shall employ, at a minimum, the following: a) Contractor shall employ, at a minimum, the following: i) A Program Director (full-time for 12 months) with a Bachelor’s degree or higher, in addition to three (3) years of related experience, including experience supervising or managing youth employment programs. The Program Director shall have overall responsibility for effective delivery of Program Services and all administrative tasks, including reporting to DYCD. ii) A Job Developer (part-time for four (4) months) with some college or higher, in addition to a minimum of two (2) years of related experience which may include, but need not be limited to, developing worksites, providing career coaching and counseling, and working in the field of youth workforce development. The Job Developer shall have responsibility for identifying and coordinating development of Worksite Assignments, as outlined in the SYEP Manual. iii) An Education Coordinator (full-time or part-time for six (6) months) with some college or higher, in addition to a minimum of three (3) years of related experience working in the field of youth development or youth workforce development and developing project-based experiences. The Education Coordinator shall provide support on creating content for Work Readiness Training and fostering continuous quality improvement through data-informed decision-making and effective supervision and professional development. iv) A Work-Readiness Facilitator (part-time with a minimum of 130 hours for the program year that may include teaching, planning, and professional development hours) with a minimum of three (3) years of experience planning and facilitating workshops for youth on workforce and career topics. The Work-Readiness Facilitator shall provide support in collaboration with the Education Coordinator on content development and facilitate Work Readiness Trainings and ensure that the relevant topics (applied knowledge, interpersonal skills, and workplace skills) are implemented. v) Seasonal staff able to support the SYEP program and willing to travel to School or Campus Site/s, Program Facility/ies and Worksites via public transportation. b) Contractor is encouraged, but not required, to employ a Counselor or Social Worker (full- time or part-time for six (6) months) with one of the following credentials: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW); Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CA...
Staff Requirements. A. To ensure personnel continuity, Grantee shall provide a contingency plan, within ten (10) calendar days of position of a Key Personnel of Grantee becoming vacant. At a minimum, the plan should include the specific names of the substitute agency personnel who have been assigned to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the absent Key Personnel members. This information must be submitted to the assigned HHSC contract manager. B. Grantee shall ensure that: 1. All Project staff working directly with Clients have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide the services, work with the target population, and meet the requirements of this the project under this Grant Agreement. 2. All staff who hold a license or certificate to perform the project services maintain the requirement licensure and certifications through the life of Xxxxxxx’s project; and 3. All staff overseeing the Grant Agreement are required to attend all contract-related trainings and meetings with HHSC, unless notification detailing the reason(s) for a staff member’s absence has been provided to HHSC prior to training/meeting.

The Implementing Partner is responsible for employing the staff necessary for the implementation of the Project and is responsible for entering into contracts with them directly as their employer. The Implementing Partner shall not replace or withdraw any personnel referred to in the Agreement for the performance of the services without the prior written approval of the OSCE. Prior to assignment, replacement or withdrawal of any personnel performing the services, the OSCE may request that the Implementing Partner submit to the OSCE the curriculum vitae or detailed justification in order to allow the OSCE to evaluate the impact such assignment, replacement or withdrawal may have on the performance of the services. In the event of the withdrawal of any personnel, all costs and additional expenses resulting from the replacement, for whatever reasons, of any of the Implementing Partner's personnel shall be at the sole cost and risk of the Implementing Partner. Any such withdrawal shall not be considered any termination, whether in whole or in part, of the Agreement.

Staff Requirements. PCCD shall adhere to the following staff requirements and shall provide School District with: Tuberculosis Screening. Current documentation of negative TB Test (PPD) on file for each Instructor working with students. Fingerprinting of Agents. Current California Department of Justice (CDOJ) fingerprint clearance and FBI fingerprint clearance for each Instructor working with students. PCCD shall further certify that it has received and reviewed fingerprint results for each Instructor having contact with School District students under this Agreement. No person who has been convicted of a violent or serious felony shall be eligible to teach any courses offered as part of this Agreement or otherwise provide services on a School District site. Drug-Free / Smoke-Free Policy. PCCD understands that School District does not permit drugs, alcohol, and/or smoking at any time in any buildings and/or grounds on School District property. PCCD agrees to require its instructors to adhere to this policy.
Staff Requirements. Victim Service Center of Central Florida (VSC) counselors shall possess a minimum of a Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Trauma or related field from an accredited institution and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience. Supervisory staff shall possess a State of Florida License in Mental Health Counseling or related field, and possess a minimum of 4 years’ experience, 2 of which must be in a supervisory capacity.

Staff Requirements. Any individual carrying out works on the highway (including grass verges) must comply with all relevant legislation including, but not limited to, the Highways Act, 1980 and the New Roads and Streetworks Act (NRSWA), 1991. Any individual carrying out works on the highway must also be trained and competent as required by the Safety at Streetworks and Roadworks Code of Practice, 2013. This includes training in traffic management as well as the use of machinery.

Submit a current list of RMTS eligible participants, their job titles, and job descriptions before each quarter to the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS) RMTS System (system); 2.4. Positions eligible to participate in the RMTS must be for participants: 2.4.1. Who are not already participating in another HCA MAC time study; 2.4.2. Who are directly employed or contracted by the contractor; 2.4.3. Who are reasonably expected to perform MAC related activities; 2.4.4. Whose positions are not funded with federal dollars or have been appropriately off-set according to CMS guidelines; 2.4.5. Whose positions are not included in an approved indirect rate; and 2.4.6. Whose eligible position or job titles are found in the program codes and activities codes combinations listed in the Manual. 2.4.7. Participants are required to complete initial online training in the system prior to answering their first moment and then every three hundred and sixty-five (365) days thereafter; and 2.4.8. All MAC coordinators and backups must be trained by HCA or UMMS.
