Staged Installation and Deployment Sample Clauses

Staged Installation and Deployment. Contractor shall develop a systematic phased deployment plan consistent with the requirements of Authority ("NEPP Systematic Phased Deployment Plan"). Upon receipt of required Conditional Approvals for a particular phase of the NEPP Systematic Phased Deployment Plan, Contractor shall commence installation and deployment of the Components of the NEPP System, subject to System Testing, in accordance with the NEPP Systematic Phased Deployment Plan and the requirements and procedures set forth in Section 19 (Deployment, Installation And Testing) of the Technical Specification.
