Staggered Report Times. Employees may make a written request to change their staggered report time through the Union. The Union will decide whether the request is in the best interest of the workforce and will submit to the Employer if they conclude it is. Management will give great weight to the Union’s position on the request as they balance efficiency against the Employee’s performance, skills, and time in the organization. The Union will be informed of management’s decision within 15 days of the receipt of the request from the Union.
