Stakeholder Coordination/Involvement. The project team will work with identified stakeholders to ensure that the right participants are at the table and to conduct a series of policy briefings and technical briefings. The task is divided into two approaches: 1. Stage A: Policy briefings will be conducted with the elected/public officials, while technical briefings will be conducted with county, city and state staff as needed. It is estimated that each stakeholder meeting will not exceed 12 participants. The following stakeholder meetings are identified:
