STAMP DUTIES AND REGISTRATION FEE. The Chargor shall pay all stamp duties, fees or other charges payable on or incidental to the execution of this Charge (including any penalties for late payment thereof attributable to default by the Chargor) and any documents related thereto and shall reimburse the Chargee for any such duties, fees or other charges and penalties if paid by the Chargee.
