Stamp Duties, Registration Fees and Other Costs. The Customer shall bear: (a) all costs and expenses (including legal fees, stamp duties, disbursement, taxes, quit rent, assessments, takaful contribution, fee, commission and any related penalties and/or charges) the Bank incurs in connection with the preparation, execution, registration or perfection of the Security Documents; (b) all costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor-client basis, stamp duties, disbursements, any related penalties, charges, and expenses incurred in legal proceedings, foreclosure proceedings, valuation fees, real estate agents fees and auctioneers fees) the Bank incurs in connection with: (i) the enforcement or the preservation of any rights under the Security Documents: or (ii) the Bank’s involvement with any legal proceedings to protect, or connected to, the Property or any account(s) of the Customer.
