Stamp Duties. The State Treasury will pay all stamp or other similar duties, if any, imposed by Poland, the United States of America, the State of New York or any political subdivision of Poland or the State of New York, to which this Agreement (or the execution and delivery hereof) or the original issuance of the Notes shall be or become subject.
