Common use of Stamp Duty Clause in Contracts

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed and/or any such amendment, supplement or waiver, and shall indemnify Alcatel against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax Tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement supplement, waiver or waiverconsent, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such taxTax.

Stamp Duty. promptlyPromptly, and in any event case before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed the Bank Security Documents and/or any such amendment, supplement amendment or waiver, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Bank against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission omitting to pay any such taxtax payable.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax Taxes payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement amendment or waiverwaiver thereof, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Lender against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such tax.Taxes (unless caused by the Lender’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct);and

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement supplement, waiver or waiverconsent, and shall indemnify Alcatel indemnity the Lender against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax (if any) payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed and/or Agreement, and any such amendment, supplement or waiverwaiver thereto, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Agent and the Lenders against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed Indemnification Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement or waiver, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Guarantor against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax or government fees payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed Agreement, and/or any such amendment, supplement amendment or waiver, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Pledgees against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such taxtax orgovernment fees.

Stamp Duty. promptlypromptly on written demand, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar tax Tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Deed Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement supplement, waiver or waiverconsent, and shall indemnify Alcatel the Agent, the Arrangers and the Lenders against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such taxTax.
