Common use of Stamp Duty Clause in Contracts

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver or consent, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Agreement Deed and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver supplement or consentwaiver, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks Alcatel against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Taxtax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty ---------- becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax tax or fee payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or of admissibility in evidence of this Agreement and/or Agreement, the Security Documents and the Guarantee and any such amendment, supplement, waiver supplement or consentwaiver, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks Lender against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Taxtax or fee.

Stamp Duty. promptlyPromptly, and in any event case before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Agreement the Bank Security Documents and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver amendment or consentwaiver, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks Bank against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission omitting to pay any such Taxtax payable.

Stamp Duty. promptlypromptly on written demand, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver or consent, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks Lenders against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax tax or government fees payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Agreement Agreement, and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver amendment or consentwaiver, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks Pledgees against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Taxtax orgovernment fees.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver or consent, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Banks against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Tax.

Stamp Duty. promptly, and in any event before any interest or penalty becomes payable, any stamp, documentary, registration or similar Tax tax payable in connection with the entry into, registration, performance, enforcement or admissibility in evidence of this Counter Indemnity Agreement and/or any such amendment, supplement, waiver supplement or consentwaiver, and shall indemnify the Agent, the Arrangers and the Banks Guarantor against any liability with respect to or resulting from any delay in paying or omission to pay any such Taxtax.
