Stamp Duty. The contractor shall bear all the expenses pertaining to execution of the agreement, including the stamp duty and the registration charges. The Original copy of the agreement shall be retained by the SBI on the original of this agreement, which shall be executed in duplicate, and the SBI shall retain the original and the contractor shall be provided with a Certified / Notarized copy for their record.
