Common use of Stamp Tax and Delivery Costs Clause in Contracts

Stamp Tax and Delivery Costs. The Company will pay all stamp and other taxes, if any, which may be payable in respect of the sale or other transfer of the Securities to Purchasers and the issuance thereof to the Purchasers or their nominee, and will save Purchasers harmless against any loss or liability resulting from nonpayment or delay in payment of any such tax. The Company will also pay all reasonable costs of delivery to Purchasers, or Purchasers' nominee, of the Securities to be purchased by Purchasers or otherwise transferred to Purchasers.
