Stamp Taxes, Etc. The Guarantor agrees to indemnify the Lender against any claim or liability for any stamp, excise or other similar taxes and any penalties or interest with respect thereto that may be imposed, levied, collected, withheld or assessed by any jurisdiction in connection with the execution and delivery of this Guaranty, any document related to this Guaranty or any modification of this Guaranty or any such document. This covenant shall survive the termination of this Guaranty.
