Stand-alone PS Q Browser Software Clause Samples
The 'Stand-alone PS Q Browser Software' clause defines the terms under which the PS Q Browser software, when provided as a separate, independent application, may be used or licensed. This clause typically outlines the rights and restrictions for users who install or access the browser software on their own devices, separate from any bundled hardware or other software packages. For example, it may specify permitted uses, limitations on distribution, or requirements for updates and support. Its core practical function is to clarify the scope of use and legal obligations for parties utilizing the stand-alone version of the software, thereby preventing misuse and ensuring compliance with licensing terms.
