STANDARD AIRCRAFT Clause Samples
The 'STANDARD AIRCRAFT' clause defines the specific type or configuration of aircraft that is to be used under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the required certifications, equipment, and operational standards that the aircraft must meet, such as compliance with regulatory authorities or adherence to certain maintenance protocols. By clearly specifying what constitutes a 'standard' aircraft, the clause ensures both parties have a mutual understanding of the minimum acceptable aircraft standards, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over aircraft suitability and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
