Common use of Standard Assurances Clause in Contracts

Standard Assurances. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY assures that it will comply with all applicable federal statutes, regulations, executive orders, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) circulars, and other federal requirements in carrying out any project supported by federal funds. The GOVERNMENTAL BODY recognizes that federal laws, regulations, policies, and administrative practices may be modified from time to time and those modifications may affect project implementation. All contracts, whether funded in whole or in part with either Federal or State funds, are subject to Federal requirements and regulations, including but not limited to 2 CFR Part 200, 44 Ill. Admin. Code 7000.30(b) and the Financial Management Standards in Paragraph 7.9.
