Standard Building Operating Hours. Normal hours of building operations are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, except for federal holidays in which case the Building will not be deemed to be in operation.
