Standard Escrow Instructions. For those escrow matters not specifically addressed herein, Escrow Holder’s standard escrow instructions entitled “General Provisions”, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit “C”, shall be applicable. Where there is a conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of Escrow Holder’s standard escrow instructions, the provisions of this Agreement shall control.
