Common use of STANDARD INDENTURE TERMS Clause in Contracts

STANDARD INDENTURE TERMS. This document constitutes the Standard Indenture Terms, dated as of November 7, 2003, which are incorporated by reference in one or more Indentures (included in Section E of the Omnibus Instrument, as defined below), by and among a Protective Life Secured Trust and the Indenture Trustee, Registrar, Transfer Agent, Paying Agent and Calculation Agent for such Trust, in connection with the Program (all as defined herein). These Standard Indenture Terms shall be of no force and effect unless and until incorporated by reference into, and then only to the extent not modified by, an Indenture. The following terms and provisions shall govern the Notes subject to contrary terms and provisions expressly adopted in any Indenture, any supplemental indenture or the Notes which contrary terms shall be controlling.
