The problem of having non-standard SLS parameters is that each vendor will provide his/her own definition of the metrics, confusing the customer since each parameter is subject to interpretation, and making interoperability between service providers very difficult. The IP Performance Working group [5] of the IETF has defined a framework for the specification of IP performance metrics [29] and is working on the identification of Internet service metrics. The Working group has so far defined two metrics dealing with the delay in IP networks: a One-Way Delay Metric for IPPM [31] and a Round Trip Delay Metric for IPPM [33]. The group has also defined two metrics that deal with loss and connectivity: a One-Way Packet Loss Metric for IPPM [32] and an IPPM Metrics for Measuring Connectivity [30].

  • Measuring DNS parameters Every minute, every DNS probe will make an UDP or TCP “DNS test” to each of the public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” of the name servers of the domain name being monitored. If a “DNS test” result is undefined/unanswered, the tested IP will be considered unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. The Pricing Agent may not rely upon quotes from Seller or any Affiliate of Seller. The updated mark for a month will be equal to the average mark for that month over all sources from which a quote is available. If a monthly quote is available from any source, only the monthly quote or monthly quotes shall be used. Where quotes provide a bid and ask, the average shall be used. Where a quote for an individual month is unavailable, but the month is quoted as part of a “packaged” quote (e.g., January 2011 is only available in the form of a January/February 2011 “packaged” quote or an annual quote): ▪ If the other month/months of the package quote is/are also unavailable, then the marks for all months of the package will be calculated by multiplying the packaged quote by the ratio of the corresponding month to the corresponding calculated package quote from the previous day. Example: There are no On-Peak quotes available on day X during the contract for July 2011 or August 2011. However, there is an On-Peak July/August 2011 packaged quote of $73.00/MWh available. The On-Peak marks from day X-1 for July 2011 and August 2011 were $73.50/MWh and $76.50/MWh respectively. The day X On-Peak mark for July 2011 is set at 73.00 * [73.50] / [( (73.50 * 352) + (76.50 * 336) ) / (352+336) ] = 73 * (73.50/ 74.97) = $71.57/MWh. The day X On-Peak mark for August 2011 is set at 73.00 * [76.50] / [( (73.50 * 352) + (76.50*336) ) / (352+336) ] = 73 * (76.50 / 74.97) = $74.49/MWh. ▪ If the other month/months of the package quote is/are available, then the mark for the month will be set such that the average of the month and the other month(s) (weighted for either the On-Peak Hours or Off-Peak Hours as applicable) equals the packaged quote (see calculation example below).

  • Inputs 921 The following resources constitute a suitable, but neither exhaustive nor normative suite of the process inputs:

  • Specification and Service Levels The Specification sets out the Services that the Contractor has undertaken to provide. The Specification includes Service Levels setting out particular levels of service that the Contractor has undertaken to meet.

  • Metrics The DISTRICT and PARTNER will partake in monthly coordination meetings at mutually agreed upon times and dates to discuss the progress of the program Scope of Work. DISTRICT and PARTNER will also mutually establish criteria and process for ongoing program assessment/evaluation such as, but not limited to the DISTRICT’s assessment metrics and other state metrics [(Measures of Academic Progress – English, SBAC – 11th grade, Redesignation Rates, mutually developed rubric score/s, student attendance, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) data)]. The DISTRICT and PARTNER will also engage in annual review of program content to ensure standards alignment that comply with DISTRICT approved coursework. The PARTNER will provide their impact data based upon these metrics.

  • Vehicle Base Specifications Note: The actual vehicle awarded may exceed the minimum specifications stated below. The Authorized User may elect to add additional Options, delete Options, or substitute a vehicle feature that is an Option with another Option. See Contract Section III.6

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.

  • Service Levels Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule sets out the Service Levels the performance of which the Parties have agreed to measure. The Supplier shall monitor its performance of this Call Off Contract by reference to the relevant performance criteria for achieving the Service Levels shown in Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule (the Service Level Performance Criteria) and shall send the Customer a Performance Monitoring Report detailing the level of service which was achieved in accordance with the provisions of Part B (Performance Monitoring) of this Call Off Schedule. The Supplier shall, at all times, provide the Services in such a manner that the Service Levels Performance Measures are achieved. If the level of performance of the Supplier of any element of the provision by it of the Services during the Call Off Contract Period: is likely to or fails to meet any Service Level Performance Measure or is likely to cause or causes a Critical Service Failure to occur, the Supplier shall immediately notify the Customer in writing and the Customer, in its absolute discretion and without prejudice to any other of its rights howsoever arising including under Clause 12 of this Call Off Contract (Service Levels and Service Credits), may: require the Supplier to immediately take all remedial action that is reasonable to mitigate the impact on the Customer and to rectify or prevent a Service Level Failure or Critical Service Level Failure from taking place or recurring; and if the action taken under paragraph (a) above has not already prevented or remedied the Service Level Failure or Critical Service Level Failure, the Customer shall be entitled to instruct the Supplier to comply with the Rectification Plan Process; or if a Service Level Failure has occurred, deduct from the Call Off Contract Charges the applicable Service Level Credits payable by the Supplier to the Customer in accordance with the calculation formula set out in Annex 1 of this Part A of this Call Off Schedule; or if a Critical Service Level Failure has occurred, exercise its right to Compensation for Critical Service Level Failure in accordance with Clause 13 of this Call Off Contract (Critical Service Level Failure) (including subject, for the avoidance of doubt, the proviso in Clause 13.1.2 of this Call Off Contract in relation to Material Breach). Approval and implementation by the Customer of any Rectification Plan shall not relieve the Supplier of any continuing responsibility to achieve the Service Levels, or remedy any failure to do so, and no estoppels or waiver shall arise from any such Approval and/or implementation by the Customer. SERVICE CREDITS Annex 1 to this Part A of this Call Off Schedule sets out the formula used to calculate a Service Credit payable to the Customer as a result of a Service Level Failure in a given service period which, for the purpose of this Call Off Schedule, shall be a recurrent period of [one Month] during the Call Off Contract Period (the Service Period).
