Common use of Standard Monthly Fee Clause in Contracts

Standard Monthly Fee. Affiliate shall pay the amount shown on Exhibit 1. The monthly fee shall be paid by Affiliate in advance on the same day of the month each month which shall be the same day as first set forth above.
