Common use of Standard of Care; Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Standard of Care; Disclosure. With respect to any such Confidential Information, each of the Parties shall: (i) use the same degree of care in safeguarding the other Party’s Confidential Information as it uses to safeguard its own information which is proprietary and/or treated as confidential; and (ii) upon the discovery of any inadvertent disclosure or unauthorized use of the Confidential Information, or upon obtaining notice of such disclosure or use from the other Party, take or cause to be taken all necessary actions to prevent any further inadvertent disclosure or unauthorized use.
