Common use of Standard of Care of Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Standard of Care of Subcontractors. The Service Provider represents to the City that all Subcontractors are competent and have the qualifications, designations, experience and capabilities necessary to carry out the Services to the Standard of Work. The Service Provider shall cause all Subcontractors to exercise the degree of care, skill, diligence and efficiency in the performance of the Services as is required by the Standard of Work.
