Common use of Standard of Quality Clause in Contracts

Standard of Quality. All work performed by CONSULTANT under this Agreement shall be in accordance with all applicable legal requirements and shall meet the standard of quality ordinarily to be expected of competent professionals in CONSULTANT’s field of expertise at the time CONSULTANT’s work is performed. CONSULTANT shall function as a technical advisor to CITY, and all of CONSULTANT’s activities under this Agreement shall be performed to the full satisfaction and approval of the Department Head or his/her designee.
