Common use of Standard of Review by Lessee Clause in Contracts

Standard of Review by Lessee. Lessee agrees that any material changes which it desires to make as set forth in Lessee's Schematic Notice and Lessee's Final Notice shall be reasonable and made in good faith. In the event Lessor and Lessee have any differences with respect to changes each desires to make to the Schematic Drawings or Final Plans, Lessor and Lessee shall promptly meet and use good faith efforts to resolve the differences.
