STANDARD OUTLINED REFEREE. UMPIRE BACKGROUND • 4 corner umpires, 1 jury and 1 centre referee for each sparring ring. Clickers mandatory and supplied by BUTL. 5 umpires and 1 jury for each pattern ring. • Centre Referees and senior umpires approved by BUTL and only those will be allowed to officiate. Umpires can also be provided by each club but must be approved prior to day. Umpires are not restricted to just degree grades if courses have been undertaken. Umpires that are provided by participating clubs will be assessed in order to find out if they have the relevant knowledge and experience. • Each club lists their judges on the submitted team sheet. These can be people who are competing. Provided by final week of that universities December term (1st term). • Senior referees (Centres) are always BUTL approved no matter of those competing in that ring. Depending on match days, umpires are made up of BUTL officials or approved individuals from attending universities. Umpires will not umpire a ring that their University is competing on.

  • GEOGRAPHIC AREA AND SECTOR SPECIFIC ALLOWANCES, CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant: Where the company does work which falls under the following headings, the company agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Technical References Technical References that describe the practices, procedures and specifications for certain services (and the applicable interfaces relating thereto) are listed on Schedule 2.3 (the “Technical Reference Schedule”) to assist the Parties in meeting their respective responsibilities hereunder.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, he shall retain his seniority accumulated up to the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee returns to the bargaining unit within twelve (12) months, he shall be placed in a job consistent with his seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.

  • Definitions Specific to Special Terms The words and phrases listed below, as used in this Contract, shall each have the following definitions:

  • Transfer and Seniority Outside the Bargaining Unit (a) It is understood that an employee shall not be transferred by the Hospital to a position outside the bargaining unit without his consent except in the case of temporary assignments not exceeding six (6) months. Such employees on temporary assignments shall remain members of the bargaining unit.

  • Product References a. “Or Equal” In all Solicitations or Bid Specifications, the words “or equal” are understood to apply where a copyrighted, brand name, trade name, catalog reference, or patented Product is referenced. References to such specific Product are intended as descriptive, not restrictive, unless otherwise stated. Comparable Product will be considered if proof of compatibility is provided, including appropriate catalog excerpts, descriptive literature, specifications and test data, etc. The Commissioner’s decision as to acceptance of the Product as equal shall be final.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND WORKING CONDITIONS 16.01 The following paragraph is intended to define the normal hours of work and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day, or per week, or of days of work per week.

  • OGS Centralized Contract: Terms and Conditions The terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in and applicable to the Contract. Captions are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein. Appendix A Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts, dated January 2014, attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract. Appendix B Appendix B, Office of General Services General Specifications, dated January 2015 22772 Project Based Information Technology Consulting (Statewide), attached hereto, is hereby incorporated in, and expressly made a part of, this Contract.

  • Contract References Citation of the provision or provisions of the Contract Documents which specify the Work to be executed.
