Standard Performer. To achieve an overall Monthly Standard Performer Rating, the Contractor achieves a minimum of a Standard Rating in all six (6) categories, but has not met the standards for a High Performer Rating. A Standard Rating in Lease-Up will result in an overall Standard Performer Rating.
Standard Performer. To achieve an overall Standard Rating for a particular quarter, the Contractor must achieve a minimum of a Standard Rating in all seven (7) categories, but not met the criteria for a High Performer Rating. A Standard Rating in Adjusted Income will result in an overall Standard Performer Rating. 3) A Contractor is not eligible for Incentive Pay if they receive more than one overall Troubled Performer rating in a Monthly Performance or Quarterly Field Audit in any calendar year.
a. In January, an evaluation will be completed to determine the number of vouchers under contract for each calendar month in the previous Contract year. If the Contractor meets the criteria outlined above, they are eligible for Incentive Pay for the months where the Monthly Performance Rating is an overall High Performance rating.
