Standard Terms Incorporated. The Standard Terms are all incorporated here by reference as if set out in full. LICENSEE WARRANTS AND REPRESENTS THAT LICENSEE HAS READ AND AGREES TO THE STANDARD RECITALS AND THE STANDARD TERMS. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings assigned by the Standard Recitals and the Standard Terms.
