Common use of Standard Terms Clause in Contracts

Standard Terms. The Depositor, the Trustee, the Securities Administrator, each Custodian and the Master Servicer acknowledge that the Standard Terms prescribe certain obligations of each such entity with respect to the Certificates. The Depositor, the Trustee, the Securities Administrator, each Custodian and the Master Servicer agree to observe and perform such prescribed duties, responsibilities and obligations, pursuant to the terms and conditions thereof and of this Trust Agreement, except to the extent inconsistent with the provisions of this Trust Agreement, the Standard Terms are and shall be a part of this Trust Agreement to the same extent as if set forth herein in full.
