Standard Transactions. If, on behalf of LIBERTY, Business Associate conducts, in whole or in part, any “Standard Transactions,” as defined under HIPAA, Business Associate shall comply with each applicable requirement of the Transaction Rule, 45 C.F.R. Part 162. Business Associate shall permit LIBERTY to test the Transactions and content requirements in order to verify Business Associate’s compliance.
