Standard Transactions. BUSINESS ASSOCIATE agrees that to the extent it conducts all or part of a standard transaction covered by 45 C.F.R. Part 162, BUSINESS ASSOCIATE agrees to comply with all applicable requirements of 45 C.F.R. Part 162 and requires that any of its agents or subcontractors complies with all applicable requirements of 45 C.F.R. Part 162. (ref. 45 C.F.R. 162.923(a))
