Standard Withdrawal/Reporting Requirements. a. Recipient is hereby prohibited from making any withdrawals from the reserve accounts required by this agreement without the written consent of DHCR. b. The Recipient shall submit an annual budget to the DHCR Office of Housing Management proposing the level of disbursements from pre-funded reserves. c. The Recipient shall annually document, to the satisfaction of DHCR, reserve account activity for the prior year.
