Standards and Oversight of Professional Activities. The Parties hereto expressly recognize that Practice at all times during the term of this Agreement shall have ultimate authority, control and direction over all the healthcare professional services rendered by physicians and other healthcare professionals engaged by Practice. Practice shall be solely responsible for all medical, professional and ethical matters concerning its relationship with the physicians and other healthcare professionals engaged by Practice.
