Landlord shall (a) not discriminate against Tenant in enforcing the Rules and Regulations; (b) not unreasonably withhold or delay its consent from Tenant for any approval required under the Rules and Regulations; and (c) exercise its judgment in good faith in any instance providing for the exercise of its judgment in the Rules and Regulations.
