Standards for Minor Works. ‌ To the extent there is no conflict with the terms and conditions set out in this Contract, all Minor Works shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions set out in AS4906-2002 Minor Works Contract Conditions (Principal Administered) or its successor standard. For the avoidance of doubt, if there is any conflict between the provisions set out in AS4906-2002 Minor Works Contract Conditions (Principal Administered) and the terms of this Contract and/or the Principal’s scope for the Minor Works, the terms of this Contract and/or the Principal’s scope for the Minor Works shall prevail.
