Standards for Performance Measurement. G.1. The Companies will continue their implementation of a plan of corrective action following the Effective Date of this Agreement. The purpose of this plan will be to address and resolve the findings in the Examination Report. The standards upon which the Companies’ performance of this plan will be measured will be known as the “Standards for Performance Measurement” and are set forth in Attachment C to this Agreement. All standards in the Standards for Performance Measurement will be met no later than December 31, 2009.
Standards for Performance Measurement. The first column, “Required Action #”, is used for ease of reference to the particular Required Action Items in the Multi-State Market Conduct Examination of The MEGA Life and Health Insurance Company, Mid-West National Life Insurance Company of Tennessee, and The Chesapeake Life Insurance Company. The second column, entitled “Performance Standard”, sets forth the Performance Standards developed by the Companies and agreed to by the Monitoring Regulators. The third column entitled “Tolerance” sets forth Tolerances described in the Regulatory Settlement Agreement. Compliance with the standards contained herein constitutes full compliance with the requirements imposed by the Agreement, as set forth in Section E.2.
