Standards for Replaced Equipment Clause Samples

Standards for Replaced Equipment. Without limiting any other obligation of Contractor contained in this Contract, all Equipment that is replaced in accordance with this Section shall be replaced with new Equipment that is (a) fully compatible with the then-current NEPP, (b) meets all representations, warranties and covenants contained in this Contract, and (c) the then- current updated (as to, among other things, quality and technological advancement) version of the Equipment consistent with best industry practice.
