Common use of Standards of Performance and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Standards of Performance and Approvals. Unless otherwise provided in this Lease, whenever approval, consent or satisfaction (collectively, an "approval") is required of a party pursuant to this Lease or an Exhibit hereto, such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. Unless provision is made for a specific time period, approval (or disapproval) shall be given within thirty (30) days after receipt of the request for approval. The parties have set forth in this Lease their entire understanding with respect to the terms, covenants, conditions and standards pursuant to which their obligations are to be judged and their performance measured, including the provisions of Article 7 with respect to assignments and sublettings.
