Standards Regarding Collections. Buyer’s collection activities with respect to any Receivable, whether or not a Dispute exists, does not obligate Buyer to engage a collection agency or commence a legal action to collect any Receivable. Seller acknowledges that Buyer is not a collection agency and does not provide debt collection services to Seller. If a Receivable is not paid, for any reason, Buyer, in its sole discretion may engage a collection agency, attorney or other service provider to collect the Receivable and any fees and costs associated therewith shall constitute part of the Obligations. Any actions which Buyer may take pursuant to this section, in its sole discretion, shall not alter Seller’s Obligations to repurchase any Receivable pursuant to Section 4 herein.
