Common use of Standby Trust Clause in Contracts

Standby Trust. This trust shall remain dormant until funded with the proceeds from the financial mechanism listed on Attachment “A”. The Trustee shall have no duties or responsibilities beyond safekeeping this Document. Upon funding this trust shall become active and be administered pursuant to the terms of this instrument.
