Standing and Qualifications. The LICENSOR, VMM, LLC is a Limited Liability company, duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of North Carolina. The LICENSOR has full power and authority to carry on its business as it is now being conducted and to own the property and assets it now owns. The Individual LICENSORS have full rights to enter into this Agreement.
