Standing Offer. These Terms and Conditions operate as a ‘standing agreement’ and each Invoice shall constitute a separate contract for supply of the Equipment between the parties. Alya Access may enforce its rights under these Terms and Conditions or Invoice, multiple Invoices or the Terms and Conditions as a whole.

Standing Offer. In consideration of the payment of the sum of one pound (£1) by the Authority to the Contractor, the Contractor shall not withdraw or amend in any way the offer made in his Tender during the period specified in Condition 2 above.
Standing Offer. (a) By this Deed, the Individual makes an irrevocable standing offer to supply the Services as identified in Schedule 1 (draft Scope of possible services), and to be detailed further in each Service Order to DFAT on the terms and conditions set out in this Deed. (b) The Individual acknowledges that: (i) DFAT has established a panel of suppliers who may be contracted to provide the Services of the kind set out in this Deed; (ii) it is one of a number of suppliers which may be requested to provide the Services; and (iii) DFAT can use suppliers other than those on this panel of suppliers to complete activities such as those described in the Services.
Standing Offer. (a) The Contractor offers, by way of and in the form of a standing offer, to enter into Entity Deeds and fulfil Orders placed by any Entity in accordance with the terms of this Head Agreement. (b) The Contractor offers to supply to each Customer: (i) the Products and Services set out in the Customer Catalogue at the Prices set out in the Customer Catalogue; and (ii) all user guides and other standard documentation supplied by the manufacturer or licensor of the Products and Services, on the terms set out in this Head Agreement, the applicable Entity Deed and the relevant Order.
Standing Offer. 2.1 The Contractor agrees to provide education services requested by CHF BC in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. 2.2 CHF BC may, from time to time, issue to one or more persons listed on the Register a request for expressions of interest in performing particular education services that it anticipates it may require. Each Request for Services issued by CHF BC and accepted by the Contractor will create a separate contract between CHF BC and the Contractor in relation to the provision of the services specified in the Request for Services (“Services”). 2.4 The Contractor must, within two business days of receiving a Request for Services notify CHF BC by return email that the Contractor either accepts or declines the Request for Services. 2.5 A failure by the Contractor to respond to a Request for Services in accordance with paragraph 2.4 of this Agreement will be deemed to constitute the Contractor declining the Request for Services and CHF BC may issue the Request for Services to another person. 2.6 CHF BC will: (a) issue at least one request for expressions of interest under paragraph 2.2 of this Agreement to the Contractor during the Term; or (b) pay the Contractor $100 within 14 days of the expiration of the Term. 2.7 Despite the existence of this Agreement, CHF BC reserves the right to at any time acquire services, including education services, from any person on such terms and conditions as CHF BC sees fit.
