Start and End Dates. This Service Agreement will start on the date it is signed, or on the date that the participant commences service, whichever comes first. The agreement ends when either you or Fighting Chance choose to end it. Our Service Agreement is issued once only. However, each time you receive a new plan, you will be issued with a new Schedule of Supports that outline the new charges and you will not need to sign a new service agreement.

Start and End Dates. 3.1 The agreement will commence upon the City Corporation’s acceptance of an award following a First-Round application to the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF). If successful, this is expected to be in October 2013.
3.2 The agreement will be in place during the projects development phase until a Second-Round application is submitted to HLF. This is expected to be in December 2014.
3.3 If the Second-Round application is successful, a revised agreement will be produced to replace this one.

Should the Employer direct a member of the Bargaining Unit to train the Term Employee, it shall be done during working hours, whenever possible. The time of employment shall be added to the Term Employee’s service calculation on the casual list.
