Startup Test Completion. (a) Prior to commencing the Startup Tests, the Parties shall have jointly determined and agreed upon a punch list of the remaining Work for each Unit. The items on the punch list that are required to be completed before the commencement of the Startup Tests for reasons of safety or compliance with applicable Laws shall have been completed prior to the commencement of the Startup Tests.
